Meetings & Incentives Worldwide launched a new webinar series helping leadership in the live event space learn more about sustainable events. They needed a cohesive collection of graphics for their streaming tool (Stream Yard), social media, and post-event collateral.

The main objective was to create a set of templates that they’ll use for future webinars and online events. The graphics needed to be distinctive to the event while maintaining a structure that other desingers can reuse.

Deliverables

The online event needed an extensive collection of graphics for a diverse set of platforms—each graphic required to follow strict sizing and resolution standards.

Digital Download

We designed an interactive PDF as a post-event download for all attendees. The document included external links and additional information regarding the event subject matter. Each speaker provided content and action items to help event planners create more eco-conscious decisions around their live events.

The document needed to feel connected to the webinar while also staying true to the Meetings & Incentives Worldwide Brand. Interactive PDFs are functional within many email and web browser viewers, so users do not need to download to access the full features.
