Fund Raising Optimization

Upper Arlington Girls Volleyball

Leadership changes shouldn’t derail progress.

A local non-profit organization that runs a student sports program launched an annual fundraising initiative, but frequent leadership turnover made it challenging to sustain the organization year after year.

We stepped in to centralize their lead generation tools and streamline communication, creating a seamless experience for both sponsors and the non-profit team. Now, the program runs smoother, no matter who’s in charge.

The Problem

When leadership changes every two years, consistency becomes the authentic MVP.

Upper Arlington Girls Volleyball (UAGVB) runs an annual fundraiser—but with new parent leadership cycling in every other year, the process kept changing. Sponsors were confused. Handoffs were messy. As the design firm, we were buried in hundreds of emails, just trying to keep up.

We stepped in to simplify everything, including:

  • Centralizing all sponsor data

  • Streamlining communication

  • Build a repeatable system for future leaders

  • Made sign-ups frictionless for sponsors

The Solution

When sponsorship is simple, everyone wins.

We built a landing page for UAGVB where sponsors could easily select their support level and submit all the necessary details. From there, we managed creative communication and kept leadership informed with a shared sponsor list.

By centralizing the process, we reduced confusion and eliminated the need for back-and-forth emails. That freed up UAGVB to focus on building relationships and securing support—not juggling logistics.

Streamlined systems = stronger sponsorships.

The Results

Design is powerful—but design paired with process is transformational.

Upper Arlington Girls Volleyball (UAGVB) saw a 35% increase in fundraising and a 50% boost in average sponsor spend. Why? Because they were flexible and open to streamlining their sponsorship program.

We helped UAGVB simplify how sponsors engage, making the experience smoother and more intuitive. That clarity led to more participants—and more generous contributions.

Great design gets attention. A frictionless process turns that attention into action.
